The Sunshine Coast Rod & Gun Club is an organization devoted to the pursuit of the outdoor lifestyle.

Begun over fifty years ago, our Club provides a venue for people who enjoy hunting, target shooting, fishing and the beauty of nature.

Our Club supports programs like the Roosevelt Elk Relocation program and Salmonid Enhancement on the Sunshine Coast.

We contribute to community initiatives like Elves Club Christmas Hamper, the Food Bank, the Salmonid Enhancement program at the hatchery as well as $300.00 Bursaries for students at the three high schools on the coast – Gibsons, Sechelt, and Pender Harbor.

The Sunshine Coast Rod & Gun Club is a non-profit society providing facilities for Club members interested in hunting, shooting, archery, and fishing.

Facilities include ranges for Trap, Skeet, Rifle, Pistol, and Archery, as well as an indoor range for rimfire rifle and handgun, and centerfire handgun target shooting.

Club members regularly conduct classes for the CORE program, as a prerequisite for obtaining a Hunter Number, and a Hunting Licence.

The Club also offers classes for training Juniors from ages 10 to 17 in proper safety and handling of firearms.
