2019 Annual Awards Dinner - Saturday, April 6th

Doors of the Clubhouse open at 5:00 pm and dinner is planned for 6:30 pm. 

Tickets on sale Sunday mornings @ the Clubhouse by Membership.

Single tickets: $15 or two for $25.  Don't delay ... tickets sell out fast!

Potluck: Please advise what kind of dish you would like to bring, or you may also make a small donation instead. 

Enter your name for trophies for:  largest moose, elk, whitetail, black tail, mule deer and fish. 

Help needed on Friday, April 5th at 10:00 am to clean and set up,and on Saturday, April 6th at 10:00 am for final set up.

Don't miss this fun event. Lots of door prizes to be won.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE - PARKWAY DRIVE CLOSED TO LOWER RANGE

***Effective February 5th, 2019***

Due to very treacherous ice on Parkway Drive, the road to our Lower Ranges and Clubhouse is closed until further notice because it is impassable.  It is cordoned off because of several incidents. We also have no power to the Clubhouse.  Given that we are in for more days of severe cold, it is even possible that there will be no breakfast or membership on Sunday. We will keep you posted when the road re-opens. Don't take chances ... be safe!

Pinecone Range Closures

All new members and any members who have not renewed for two years, must attend an orientation session where you will receive your key and membership card.

When: Sundays @11:00 am @ our Clubhouse
Where: 4684 Parkway Drive (off Field Road in Wilson Creek).

  • Outside Lower Ranges - all day
  • Pinecone Range closed -10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Friday, November 23rd, 30th and Friday, December 7th and 14th - 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm:
  • Inside range and archery range - use by a school group
Wednesday, December 5th - 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  • Inside range closed - use by Girl Guide group
Sunday, December 9th - all day
  • Lower ranges (inside and outdoor) - Meat Shoot.

Shooting Committee Meeting

We need to start planning and organizing for next year's shooting events.
The Shooting Committee Meeting has been re-scheduled to Sunday, November 18th @ 10:30 am at the Clubhouse. We need your help and ideas.  Please attend if you are interested in these events.

2019 Post Secondary Student Bursaries Available

Members with 2019 graduating high school students are encouraged to have their graduating students apply for an SCRGC post-secondary bursary.

Annual Turkey Shoot

Date:  Sunday, December 9th, 2018
Time:  10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Where:  Lower Range (Indoor and Outdoor Ranges)
Prizes:  Win a turkey or ham or gift certificate
New this Year:  Archery!!
Rifles and pistols and archery equipment available for use. Skill and Luck targets. Lunch will be available (Sunday breakfast will not be available).
 
We need your help to pre-sell turkey targets. These targets available now in the Clubhouse.
