New Member Orientation Dates

Please note: All new members and any members who have not renewed for two years, must attend an orientation session where you will receive your key and membership card.
When: Sundays @11:00 am @ our Clubhouse
Where: 4684 Parkway Drive (off Field Road in Wilson Creek).

Sunday Breakfast

Sunday Breakfasts start again Sunday, September 9th, 9 am to 10 am at the Clubhouse. Great breakfast and company.  Come join us!

August 26th, 2018 - Pinecone Ranges Open Again

** Thanks to the rainfall our Pinecone Ranges are now open. **

Due to extreme fire conditions, we are closing the Pinecone Range except for supervised days/times with a Range Officer present. The shooting times and days each week are:
  • Wednesdays -  8 30 am to 11:30 am
  • Saturdays - 8:30 am to 11:30 am
  • Sundays.- 8:30 am to 11:30 am
The volunteer Range Officers will open and lock the gates for each scheduled time.

Monthly Membership Meeting - Postponed to September 20th @ 7 pm

Swap Meet

Our Swap Meet on July 22nd was a great success! We had a total of 25 vendors (our largest  turn out yet). 

A big thank you to all the vendors and members who came out to support it.

Special thanks to Ron for coordinating the event and the volunteers who made it happen. Thanks also to Sam for taking the photos.

2nd Annual Family Fun Day

The SCRGC is hosting our 2nd Annual Family Fun Day!  Last year’s event was a great success and this year’s event is stacking up to be lots of fun! Everyone is welcome to participate in the family-friendly activities and displays for all ages.  All proceeds go to the benefit of the Sunshine Coast Food Bank. 

When:  August 25th - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

Entry fee:  Adults and kids over 12 are $5 per person; kids under 12 are free and their lunch is free.  

Fun-filled activities include:

  • kids’ games
  • archery demonstrations
  • a historical arms display
  • fly casting demonstrations
  • tours of Chapman Creek Hatchery and kids fishing
  • a medieval sword fighting demonstration (with costumes)
  • a chance to try your hand at throwing an axe
  • kids 10 and over can shoot supervised in the indoor range
  • Plus much more. 

Come meet the BC Conservation Service and the RCMP.  WildSafeBC will teach you how to properly use bear spray.

There will be draws for lots of great door and raffle prizes.

Changed Membership Schedule - July and August

Membership will not be at the Clubhouse every Sunday during July and August. You can join or renew your membership according to the following schedule:
  • July: 9:30 am to 10:30 am - Sunday, July 15th and July 29th (orientation for new members or those renewing who haven't belonged for 2 years).
  • August: 9:30 am to 10:30 am - Sunday, August 11th and August 26th (orientation).
  • The weekly membership schedule will resume in September.

New SCRGC Bylaws

Archery Night
